Far Eastern New Century Co., Ltd.(FENC),a company holded by Far Eastern Group(FEG),developed and manufactured the industrial yarn production from 1987.In order to extend wider territory of industrial textiles, Oriental Industries(SuZhou) Ltd. Was establised in Suzhou,China in 2005, and futhermore, started to manufacture and sale Nylon 66 products in 2016.Based on the technology of both FENC and OTIZ, with the advantage of vertical integration,the mainly products are high IV polyester SSP, color yarn, mooring yarn, fire retardant yarn, high tenacity yarn, and the high performance reinforcements for conveyor belt,auto industries(airbag,seat-belt,tire),GEO-textiles and multiple function applications. In order to committee the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations (UN SDGs), OTIZ has been developing the sustainable green products continuously for many years, including recycled and bio based products of Polyester and Nylon, to make contribution to the environment protection.

R & D strength
With extensive production experience inheriting from Far Eastern Group (FEG) in the polyester and nylon industries, and combining with the strong research resources of the FEG R&D center, Oriental Industries (Suzhou) Ltd. has developed several coral high technology platforms in the past few years, such as fiber microstructure model, laboratory-level polymerization, spinning equipment, pilot weaving and dipping equipment. At the same time, OTIZ also set up various analysis system, which can effectively promote new products development and strengthen cooperation with customers by upgrading upstream raw materials quality or optimizing the production process of downstream products.
The current R & D purpose is not only for improving the performance of existing industrial yarns, industrial fabrics, and tire cord fabrics products, but also for devoting to the research of replacing traditional petroleum-based materials with renewable raw materials, such as biomass raw materials and bottle recycled raw materials, to achieve the requirement of customers future carbon reduction goal.
